Royalty Bonus Program

• 30% of sales royalty goes to the staff
• Staff share of 30% is decreased by 2%-units per week of GMC delay (some leeway may be available here)
• 80% of the total staff bonus is shared equally, 20% goes to ”the Hero Pool”, which will be subjectively allocated to “production heroes”
• All employees share, not just the team members
• Proportional reduction if you have not worked at SBZ during the whole production
• Regular cap of 1 MSEK per employee, but 2 MSEK when Hero Pool money is included
