Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (31 August 2018) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 470,812 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during August due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 4,237,308.

In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In August 470,812 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 31 August 2018, Starbreeze’s share capital amounts to SEK 6,505,911 distributed among a total of 325,295,554 shares, of which 54,025,862 Class A shares and 271,269,692 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 811,528,312.
