Starbreeze changes to Board composition

STOCKHOLM (10 December, 2018)– Starbreeze has been informed that Ulrika Hagdahl and Åsa Wirén has resigned from the Starbreeze Board of Directors


The Board has been notified by Ulrika Hagdahl and Åsa Wirén that they have resigned from the Starbreeze Board of Directors effective immediately. The resulting consequence of the resignations is that the Board no longer holds a quorum until a general meeting of shareholders has elected new board members.
