STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (31 January 2020) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 124,563 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during January due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 1,121,067.
In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In January 124,563 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.
As of 31 January 2020, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 6,587,357 distributed among a total of 329,367,849 shares, of which 52,877,429 Class A shares and 276,490,420 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 805,264,710.
