STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (29 May 2020) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 2,966 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during May due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 26,694.
In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In May 2,966 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.
As of 29 May 2020, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 7,246,093 distributed among a total of 362,304,633 shares, of which 85,480,437 Class A shares and 276,824,196 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 1,131,628,566.
