STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN 29 October 2021 – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 2,220 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during October due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 19,980.
In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In October 2,220 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.
As of 31 October 2021, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 14,492,185 distributed among a total of 724,609,266 shares, of which 166,371,768 Class A shares and 558,237,498 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 2,221,955,178.
