Insider Register
As of July 3 2016 the European Parliament’s and Council’s regulation (596/2014 / EU) on market abuse (MAR) enters into force and is directly applicable in Swedish law. It means that the FSA (Finansinspektionen) from this date and forward will provide information about transactions made by Starbreeze insider registered persons and their closely related persons.
Insider trading in Starbreeze will be available to follow at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register from July 3 2016 and onwards.
