Starbreeze Studios and OVERKILL &ndash; A Starbreeze Studio have announced the release of the latest content for PAYDAY 2 &ndash; the &ldquo;Reservoir Dogs Heist&rdquo; DLC &ndash; available today as a free update on Steam for all owners of PAYDAY 2: Ultimate Edition.
Known for its snappy dialogue, cool characters and humor, the masterpiece Reservoir Dogs is now a playable part of PAYDAY 2. To celebrate the movie&rsquo;s 25th anniversary, OVERKILL and Starbreeze Studios have created a Reservoir Dogs heist based on the film.
The &ldquo;Reservoir Dogs Heist&rdquo; comes with the following:

PAYDAY 2 is set to release on February 23rd in Europe and Australia and February 27th in North and South America. This is the first time ever that PAYDAY 2 will be available on a Nintendo console &#8211; both digitally and through physical distribution on cartridge by 505 Games.

PAYDAY 2™ coming to the Nintendo Switch System in February

A new cinematic trailer was released today for OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead, the upcoming cooperative first-person shooter in development by OVERKILL – A Starbreeze Studio, together with its partners Skybound Entertainment and 505 Games. This video features Aidan, the first of the game’s four unique playable characters fighting to stay alive in a post-apocalyptic world.

Inspired by the rich story universe of Robert Kirkman’s original graphic novels, OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead is a four-player co-op multiplayer FPS action game set in Washington, D.C., as an outbreak brings the dead back to life. In this test of strategy and endurance, players will band together with up to three friends on a variety of missions and raids, securing supplies and survivors to strengthen their base camp against the threat of both the dead and the living &#8211; by any means necessary.
Each playable character has their own special abilities, skill trees, squad roles, play styles and background stories. Now they all share a common objective where survival and teamwork is paramount. The action is close-up and intense: take out enemies carefully with silent melee attacks or go in guns blazing. You need to be able to improvise, as nothing is certain, and a horde of walkers is always around the corner.

Starbreeze Studios and OVERKILL &ndash; A Starbreeze Studio just announced the release of the latest character pack for PAYDAY 2, featuring Ethan and Hila Klein from the world famous YouTube channel <a href="https://www.youtube.com/user/h3h3Productions">h3h3 Productions</a>. The pack will be available on Steam later today and all proceeds will go directly to Ethan and Hila.&nbsp; 
Ethan and Hila has become a huge hit on YouTube with more than 5 million subscribers. Ethan &amp; Hila and OVERKILL have together developed and created a brand new character pack, aptly named &ldquo;h3h3 Character Pack&rdquo;. Starbreeze, OVERKILL and 505 Games are planning the perfect heist with the ‘Master Plan’ update for PAYDAY 2™: Crimewave Edition

Starbreeze Studios and OVERKILL &#8211; A Starbreeze Studio just announced the start of the highly anticipated beta for PAYDAY 2 VR in the HTC Vive&trade; on Steam. Available immediately, all owners of any edition of PAYDAY 2&trade; and its respective DLC&rsquo;s will be able to participate in the beta.
PAYDAY 2 VR will allow players to cross-play with their friends on a standard desktop PC. Desktop PC Heisters wanting to join their VR crew can simply participate by downloading the beta branch.
The beta will be on-going and is aimed to test several aspects of the VR version of the game throughout the testing period. RAID: World War II is a four-player FPS that combines exciting cooperative gameplay and stealth mechanics. RAID’s unique character classes, special hero abilities, customizable weapons and uniforms, and real-world war-torn locations bring this surreal conflict to life as players fight for their freedom against the dastardly Nazi regime through sabotage, robbery and assassination. RAID: World War II Available on Consoles This Week

Action-packed four-player co-op shooter coming to Playstation®4 and Xbox One on Oct. 10 in North America and Oct. 13 in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Starbreeze Publishing and developer Lion Game Lion today released RAID: World War II on Windows PC via the digital distribution platform Steam. This thrilling period shooter combines the fun and exciting cooperative gameplay, stealth mechanics and superb sound design for which Starbreeze and Lion game Lion, led by game director Ilija Petrusic (co-founder of OVERKILL Software and lead level designer of PAYDAY: The Heist and PAYDAY 2), are well known.
RAID’s unique character classes, hero special abilities, customizable weapons and uniforms, and real-world war-torn locations bring this surreal conflict to life as players fight for their freedom against the dastardly Nazi regime through sabotage, robbery and assassination. Four prisoners of war, freed by an ominous secret British intelligence officer named “Mrs. White,” must band together to take down Hitler and his Third Reich once and for all.

<li>Operations Mode – Play through extended versions of your favorite missions with the “Operations” gameplay mode. Operations challenges players through a chained series of highly modified raids, featuring new storylines and added content and objectives; </li>
<li>Challenge Cards – By participating and completing successful raids, players will earn Challenge Cards that allow them to customize the rules of a raid in a give-and-take fashion. For example, enemy ammo drops will increase, providing players with more ammunition to hold enemies at bay; however, the damage inflicted by enemies will be greater; </li>
<li>Real-world Locations – Travel through real-world locations across war-torn Europe. From the mighty flak towers dominating the heart of Berlin to the idyllic bridge over the Elbe, players will bring destruction to the Nazis in every corner of Hitler’s Reich.</li>

New killer Leatherface™ available on Steam today

Geminose: Animal Popstars to be exclusively launched for Nintendo Switch™

RAID: World War II kicks off its closed beta exclusive to PAYDAY 2® players on Steam, leading up to the release on September 26 on PC and on Playstation®4 and Xbox One in October 10 and 13 respectively. A limited open beta to be available this weekend for all Steam users.
Starbreeze Publishing, OVERKILL Software and Lion Game Lion today unveiled that the closed beta test and pre-orders for RAID: World War II will kick start on August 31 in an exclusive event for PAYDAY 2 players on the digital distribution platform Steam. PAYDAY 2 players will additionally be able to participate in the closed beta until September 17.

The Left Behind update for Dead by Daylight adds the legendary William “Bill” Overbeck as a playable survivor and four new survivor outfits themed from the original characters of the iconic Left 4 Dead  series.
Back to fight another day &#8211; It took two tours in Vietnam, a handful of medals, a knee full of shrapnel, and an honorable discharge to get William &#8220;Bill&#8221; Overbeck to stop fighting. He hated it. After decades spent drifting aimlessly through dead end jobs, Bill went in for a routine surgery and woke up to a plague turning normal people into mindless killing machines. Making his way through rural ghost towns and pitch-black forests, he found other survivors, and together they fled from the infected hordes. LEFT 4 DEAD iconic survivor back to fight another day in DEAD BY DAYLIGHT

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (February 9, 2017) Starbreeze in collaboration with Lionsgate are today releasing the John Wick Heist DLC for PAYDAY 2. Players will for the first time ever be able to heist in New York City where John Wick is yet again wreaking havoc. The PAYDAY gang is hired by the iconic Continental to save Wick’s old friend Charon.
Just one day prior to the US theatre premier of John Wick: Chapter 2 &#8211; the John Wick Heists is now available on Steam for $6.99, where players gets to relive the world of John Wick and meet Charon the Concierge &#8211; portrayed in-game by Lance Reddick.
The new John Wick Heist will take players on a journey from the backstreets of Brooklyn to a luxurious yacht where dirty re-election funds are up for grabs.

Starbreeze releases PAYDAY 2 John Wick Heist DLC with two new heists

Developed in collaboration with Grab Games, Big Red Button and GamecoStudios, this electrifying first-person VR shooter is available today on the HTC Vive virtual reality headset for $19.99.
John Wick Chronicles puts players in the role of the legendary assassin himself, out for vengeance against the criminal underworld in a land of hired guns. The game lets fans explore and interact with the characters and locales of the Continental, an illustrious assassins’ den featured prominently in Lionsgate’s hit film John Wick, starring Keanu Reeves, and its sequel, John Wick: Chapter 2.
Players will have access to an arsenal of firepower to engage in intense firefights and boss battles against deadly crime lords and their vicious henchmen. But the player, as Mr. Wick, isn’t immortal, so when the bullets start flying, making intelligent use of dodges and cover is essential to surviving against such overwhelming odds.

LIONSGATE AND STARBREEZE UNLEASH JOHN WICK CHRONICLES TODAY ON STEAM FOR THE HTC VIVE

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (January 31, 2017) Starbreeze AB and Behaviour Digital have agreed to bring asymmetrical multiplayer horror game Dead by Daylight to PlayStation®4 and Xbox One in digital format later this year. Released on PC in June 2016, Dead by Daylight has already sold more than 1.8 million copies on the digital distribution platform Steam and became an instant favourite with streamers on Twitch and other streaming platforms.

Development costs relative to the console adjustments will be split equally between the companies and the revenue share model will follow the previous agreement in place between the parties.

Starbreeze and Behaviour Digital brings asymmetrical horror game Dead by Daylight to consoles in 2017

Starbreeze AB (“Starbreeze” or the “Company”) has entered into an agreement with PLAION GmbH (“PLAION”), which will enable Starbreeze to fully acquire the publishing rights for PAYDAY 3 from PLAION. In connection therewith and within the authorization granted by the annual general meeting on 15 May 2024, the Board of Directors of Starbreeze has resolved to carry out a directed share issue of 147,676,204 class B shares, corresponding to approximately SEK 33 million (the ”Directed Share Issue”). The subscription price in the Directed Share Issue has been set at SEK 0.2235 per share. The Directed Share Issue has been subscribed for by PLAIONs parent company Embracer Group AB (publ) (“Embracer”).

Background and rationale
<ul>
<li>Starbreeze has reached a mutual agreement with PLAION regarding the publishing rights for PAYDAY 3. With the game now on the market for over 18 months, the timing is opportune for Starbreeze to assume full publishing responsibility.</li>
<li>This will enable Starbreeze to accelerate content development and pursue broader business opportunities for the PAYDAY franchise as a whole.</li>
<li>While this agreement marks the conclusion of the current publishing arrangement, it also lays the groundwork for a long-term partnership between Starbreeze and PLAION on future PAYDAY franchise projects.</li>
<li>To finance the transaction, Starbreeze will issue new shares representing 10 percent of its outstanding share capital.</li>
</ul>
The Directed Share Issue Based on the outcome of the negotiations and as part of the negotiations with PLAION, the Board of Directors of Starbreeze has resolved on a directed share issue of a total of 147,676,204 class B shares at a subscription price of 0.2235 SEK per share. The Directed Share Issue amounts to a total of approximately SEK 33 million before transaction costs, which are estimated to approximately SEK 250,000. SEK 29 million of the proceeds will be used to repay PLAION under the previous agreement relating to PAYDAY 3, settling certain outstanding claims. The Board of Directors resolution to issue new shares is made based on the authorization granted by the annual general meeting on 15 May 2024.
The subscription price represents a premium of approximately 15 percent compared to the closing price on Nasdaq Stockholm on 5 May 2025 and a premium of approximately 18 percent compared to the volume weighted average price over the last ten days of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. The Directed Share Issue has been subscribed for by PLAION’s parent company Embracer, which prior to the completion of the Directed Share Issue was not a shareholder in the Company.
The Directed Share Issue will result in a dilution of approximately 9.1 percent of the number of shares and approximately 5.4 percent of the votes in the Company (calculated as the number of newly issued shares divided by the total number of shares in the Company after the Directed Share Issue). The number of outstanding class B shares and votes will increase by 147,676,204, from 1,476,762,040 to 1,624,438,244. The share capital will increase by 2,953,524.090280 SEK, from 29,535,240.902796 SEK to 32,488,764.993076 SEK.
Deviation from the shareholders’ pre-emptive rights The Board of Directors of the Company has made an overall assessment and carefully considered the possibility of raising capital through a share issue with preferential rights for the Company’s shareholders. The Board of Directors considers that the reasons for deviating from the shareholders’ preferential rights are (i) that a rights issue would take significantly longer to implement and entail a higher risk of a negative effect on the share price, especially in light of the current volatile and challenging market conditions; (ii) that the implementation of a directed share issue can be done at a lower cost and with less complexity than a rights issue; and (iii) to diversify and strengthen the Company’s shareholder base with a qualified strategic investor. Considering the above, the Board of Directors has made the assessment that a directed new issue of class B shares with deviation from the shareholders’ preferential rights is the most favourable alternative for the Company to carry out the capital raising.
